A Must Watch..

Peel those Peepers and Set your Brain to Focus.. This one will get you thinking and hopefully get us one step closer to change!

Like 3 million other viewers, I have just watched the documentary 'Home' on youtube.

Its an amazing film- an incredible visual portrayal of the earth and how all the problems we face are interlinked... How humanity is threatening the ecological balance of the world.

My peepers are satisfyed thanks to the incredible cinematography- film full of incredible pictures of the earth/nature with aerial footage from over 50 countries.... My brain is buzzing with facts on the planet and our consumption...

Watch yourself... see what you take from it...

A few facts to shock and hopefully inspire!

*20% of the worlds population consume 80% of resources.

*1 billion humans have no access to safe drinking water.

*Every year 13million hectares of forest disappear.

I feel inspired, guilty, greedy, angry...

Respect nature fellow boardriders... what would we do without it...

This Weeks Greasy Pickle Find...

FASHION GREASY PICKLE:

This could not be a more perfect post to start the blog. These are the absolute in greasy pickles in the jean world..

Monkee Genes.. You don't have to like bananas to find these tasty!

For the first time in a few months I decide to go shopping for jeans. I don't like shopping for jeans. They never fit right. Never. But my life has been enhanced. Thanks to the lovely jean maker, named MONKEE JEANS.

Why does a greasy pickle like us rant about them? They stand for everything a greasy pickle believes in.

Number 1
They are organically grown- approved by the soil association.

Number 2
Made in Britain, locally sourced and picked.. carbon miles considerably lower than your average jean important from China fo sure!

and last but just as pickily importantly:

Number 3
They come in a range of freaking steazy colours/styles.. I myself purchased a lovely bright pair of supa skinny purple organic sateen. Also available in pink, turquoise, lime, chilli..

ch..ch..check them out:
